[공지](비자)출입국 관리 사무소 - 유학생 집중기간(8월말~9월) 체류민원(Visa) 접수 관련 안내
2026년 하반기 유학생 집중기간(8월말~9월) 유학생 체류민원 접수 관련 안내 사항을 공유드립니다.
비자 연장이나 외국인 등록관련한 접수는 아래 3가지 방법이 있습니다.
1. 단체접수 : 학교 지정 대행사 Agency – Hirevisa App 통하여 신청
1) 공지사항 안내 확인하여 신청

1) 대상업무 – D-4-1, D-2자격 체류기간연장 및 시간제 취업2) D-2 자격으로의 체류자격변경
3. 방문접수 : 아래 일정표에 따른 당일번호표 배부
D-2 자격변경
8. 24.(월) ~ 8. 31.(월)
D-2 기간연장
9. 16.(수) ~ 9. 30.(수)
유학생 외국인 등록
현재 ~ 9. 4.(금) *10. 6.(화) 재개
※ 유의사항 : 방문 접수의 경우 민원이 순차적으로 처리되어 장기간 대기가 예상됩니다. 보다 신속한 민원처리를 위하여 방문 예정자는 등록증 발급 수수료를 우리은행 종로 YMCA 지점에 미리 납부하고 방문하여 당일번호표를 받으시기 바랍니다.
✴ 방문 접수 일정 동안 소내 ATM 현금출금 불가

[Notice] (Visa) Immigration Office – Guidance on Visa Applications for International Students Peak Period (Late August – September)
Information regarding visa-related application procedures for international students during the peak period for the second half of 2026 (late August to September):
Applications for visa extensions or foreigner registration can be submitted through one of the following 3 methods:
1. Group Application: University-designated Agency (Hirevisa App)

2. Online Application: Individual application via HiKorea (
www.hikorea.go.kr Eligible tasks:
Extension of stay for D-4-1 and D-2 visa holders
Part-time work permit
Change of status to D-2 visa
3. In-Person Application: Distribution of same-day queue numbers according to the schedule below

Long Wait Times: In-person applications are processed sequentially, and long waiting times are expected.
Fee Payment in Advance: For faster processing, applicants visiting in person should pay the registration card issuance fee in advance at the Woori Bank Jongno YMCA Branch before visiting to receive a same-day queue number.
✴ ATM Unavailability: ATMs inside the immigration office will not be available for cash withdrawals during the in-person application period.
