1. We would
like to inform you of the following changes to the health insurance system for
international students starting January 1, 2024.
A. Changes: Monthly insurance premium 71,920 won → 75,490
won (50% reduction from the average premium of 150,990 KRW in November of
the previous year)
2. In addition, we temporarily used email to receive complaints in
anticipation of a large number of complaints due to the enrollment of international
students in the health insurance system from March 2021, but we would like to
inform you that email complaints will not be processed from February 10, 2022, since
the system has been settled.

check the attached file for information on the health insurance system for international
students, information on the health insurance exclusion system, application
form/samples for direct debit and electronic notification, and information on
the operation of the Seoul Foreigner Complaint Center.
