Professor Hyunho Lee's research team (Department of Electronic Engineering) presented a method for suppressing electron injection using magnesium-doped ZnO nanoparticles, and succeeded in improving the performance of an eco-friendly high-efficiency light emitting diode (InP QLED) using quantum dot technology, with a maximum external quantum efficiency (EQE) of 9.6 % and an increase in operating life.
