Won the Excellence Award in Northeast Live Commerce Competition 

Kwangwoon University Campus Town Project Team (Director Park Taewon) held the Northeast Region Livecus Competition in 2022, a program linked to Northeast District 1 campus towns (Kwangwoon University, Induk University, Duksung Women’s University, Sungshin Women’s University, Hanshin University, Nowon Green Campus Town).

Through this competition, Campus Town participants have the opportunity to increase sales and secure new marketing tools by participating in live commercial broadcasts. The Northeast region live-commerce contest in 2022, which was held for the first time this year, was organized in cooperation with Campus Town universities in the Northeast region. The goal was to promote the development of new markets and increase the sales of companies based in Campus Town. Also, to revive the entrepreneurial culture of the university and teach entrepreneurship to nurture talents.

It is evaluated that through this Northeast District 1 Campus Town link project, the influence of the Campus Town Project Group, which stayed near the university, could be expanded to the autonomous district. In the future, Kwangwoon University Campus Town Project Group will carry out various start-up and support programs so that not only resident companies but also prospective and early-stage entrepreneurs can develop into stable start-ups.
