1. Visa Extension
a. Date: 2021.3.23.(Tue) 9:30~16:30
b. Location: Donghae Culture and Arts Center 1st floor lobby (in front of the International office)
c. Method: Advance reservation required for visit time http://naver.me/5AmnUiBR (details please see 'Attachment 1-1')
d. Required documents : See 'Attachment 1-2’
e. Forms: See 'Attachment 3'
f. Notes
※ Please observe the reservation time when visit, be sure to prepare all documents before visiting.
※ Students who are in self-quarantine can apply on behalf of a friend
※ Students who are unable to apply for a group can apply for a visa extension through the e-application of Hikorea
(see notice: https://www.kw.ac.kr/ko/life/notice.jsp?BoardMode=view&DUID=35528)
2. Alien registration
a. Date: 2021.4.3.(Sat) ~ 4.9.(Fri) 18:00
b. Method: Online registration only (http://kisfvisa.org) (details please see 'Attachment 2-1')
c. Required documents : See 'Attachment 2-2‘
d. Notes
※ Required to apply within 90 days after entering Korea, Penalties will be charged if not apply within the period
※ Alien registration is not required to visit university after online registration
※ Students who are unable to apply for a group, personally make a reservation at HiKorea (www.hikorea.go.kr) and apply directly at the immigration office.
